Grit and Gains is a strength training program designed to help you get unstuck - physically and mentally. With minimal equipment, progressive workouts, and real support, you'll build strength, momentum and confidence - one phase at a time.

Phase 1 focuses on building muscular endurance and setting a strong foundation. As you progress, the program adapts with you—so you’re always challenged at the right level. If life gets in the way, no stress—Michelle can reset the program for you at anytime so you can pick up right where you left off.
The extensive exercise library makes it easy to swap out movements if you’re missing specific equipment, so you can keep progressing no matter where you train. That said, to follow the program as it’s designed, we recommend having access to dumbbells, a bench, resistance bands, kettlebells, a barbell, a cable system, and leg extension/curl equipment—whether that’s a dedicated machine or a 2-in-1 leg curl/extension bench.
